YOUR ACCÈSCITÉ LOISIRS ACCOUNT:
- Each family member must have an account approved and activated by the Recreation Department.
- Accounts are activated weekdays during office hours only.
- Don’t wait until the last minute!
- Account activation requests submitted less than 24 hours before the registration period may not be processed in time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Mobile devices (cell phones or tablets) are not recommended for online registration.
- You must complete the transaction (CHECKOUT), even for free activities.
- Courses with insufficient registrations will be cancelled on the Friday before the session begins — register early to ensure your spot!
- If an activity is full, add your name to the waiting list at no charge ("Register for this group pending"). We will contact you if a spot becomes available.
- Online payments are processed through ACCEO Transphere (Bambora/Worldline, Victoria, BC).
