Please note that all our classes will be in-person for the Summer 2025 session but we also have added online ZOOM options for a number of programmes offered. For more information please visit the City website at www.westmount.org

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION PERIOD FOR SUMMER 2025

PROGRAMMES & SUMMER CAMP: On-line Registration - Residents starting Tuesday, April 15th at 8 a.m. and non-residents starting Tuesday, May 13th at 8 a.m. (programmes only). 

SWIMMING, TENNIS & PICKLEBALL: On-line Registration - Residents only starting Tuesday, April 22nd at 8 a.m.

NOTE: Non-residents may register the Friday prior to the start date of the session for Summer Camp, Swimming, Tennis & Pickleball, if there is still space.

*On-line registration is available 24 hours a day. ***Assistance will only be available during sports and recreation department office hours.

 

I AM A RESIDENT

To proceed with registration, your 2025 account must first be activated. All accounts were suspended as of December 31st, 2024. Two recent proofs of residency for 2025 must be e-mailed to the Sports and Recreation office at recreation@westmount.org in order to activate your account.

  • If you already have a Username and Password, please log into your account
  • If you are a new participant, please click on  Set up a new account

 

I AM A NON-RESIDENT

Non-residents may register for Westmount programmes and activities following the Resident Registration period. Please note, however, that non-residents must pay a fee surcharge of 50% for all programmes.

STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER

  • Click on “My Account” at the top of the page and login with your username and password; then click the “Submit” button.
  • Choose the “Activities” tab at the top of the page.
  • In the left-hand menu, choose the desired category and program.
  • Click on the orange arrow corresponding to the desired group.
  • Verify the information and click on “Add to shopping cart”
  • Where additional family members are associated with the account, select the name of the person to register and click on “Next”.
  • To register for another program or for registering another family member, click on “Add an activity” and repeat steps 2 to 5.
  • Verify the information in the shopping cart and click on “Checkout”

Payment by Visa/MasterCard only.

Please note that failure to complete payment will result in the automatic cancellation of your registrations.

  • Select “Credit card – Internet Transaction” as the payment method and click on “Next.” You will then be redirected to our secure online payment server.
  • Fill in all requested fields and click on “Pay.”
  • Once the payment is made, a message appears on the screen to confirm the successful completion of the transaction.

Fees must be paid in full upon registration using one of the following: Visa or MasterCard. All taxes are included.
